At Cutting Edge Apparel, we specialize in custom labels, printed apparel, and commercial displays for businesses throughout Bergen County, New Jersey. Because all products are custom produced, artwork approval is a required step before printing begins.

Proof Approval Requirement

Prior to production, customers may be provided with a digital proof for review and approval. Once a proof is approved, the order is considered final and authorized for printing.

By approving a proof, the customer confirms that all details are correct, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork, layout, and placement

  • Spelling, grammar, and formatting

  • Colors, sizing, and quantities

  • File quality and resolution

Cutting Edge Apparel prints exactly what is approved. We are not responsible for errors that appear in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

For orders where artwork is supplied directly by the customer and no proof is requested or required, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the submitted files. Files are printed as received, unless otherwise noted in writing prior to production.

Changes After Approval

Once a proof is approved, no changes may be made without additional cost and potential production delays. Requests for changes after approval may require a new proof and revised pricing.
