Return & Refund Policy | Custom Labels, Apparel & Displays in Bergen County, NJ

Due to the custom nature of our printed products, all sales are final. Cutting Edge Apparel specializes in custom labels, branded apparel, and commercial displays for businesses throughout Bergen County, New Jersey, including Paramus, Hackensack, Fort Lee, Englewood, Teaneck, Ridgewood, Fair Lawn, Lodi, Garfield, and surrounding North Jersey communities. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-printed materials.

All products are printed exactly as submitted by the customer. This includes artwork quality, file resolution, colors, spelling, sizing, and layout. Customer-provided files are printed at the quality received, unless otherwise noted in writing and approved prior to production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Review and approve all artwork, proofs, and order specifications before production

• Ensure files meet recommended print quality and resolution standards

• Confirm quantities, sizes, colors, and placement details for labels, apparel, signage, and display products

Cutting Edge Apparel is not responsible for issues related to customer-supplied files, including low-resolution images, color variation between screen and final print, or errors approved prior to printing.

If a production error occurs that does not match the approved specifications, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

This policy applies to all custom labels, apparel printing, signage, and display products produced for clients across Bergen County and the greater North Jersey region.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
